• Extensive advice: the sales team will assist you to choose the most adequate cutting machine and will give you specific advice for your cutting application.
• Full support by one of our service-engineers at the moment of installation and commissioning.
• Service contracts: At regular intervals, one of our FAM service engineers will pay you a preventive service visit during which he will give your machine a complete check-up.
• Custom-made training: FAM would gladly like to share its knowledge with you. We organize trainings that perfectly suit/fit your needs: going from the cutting mechanism of the machine to the daily maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Service interventions: In case of a sudden break down of a machine, we are immediately at your disposal by telephone, mail or fax to help you solve the problem as soon as possible. The machine can also be repaired by one of our service engineers, either at your premises or in one of our FAM workshops.
